Warranty Policy

Product Warranty

ITAC Technology Ltd (“ITAC”) offers the buyer (“Customer”) the following warranty period from the original purchase date:

1. Battery - 7 days warranty

2. Water leakage detection system - 1 year warranty

3. Uninterruptible Power Supply - 1 year warranty

Warranty Claims and Remedies

If the product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship during the Warranty Period, ITAC will, at its sole discretion, either:

1. Repair the product using new or refurbished parts; or

2. Replace the product with a new unit.

In order to make a warranty claim, the Customer must:

1. Contact ITAC's customer service department within the Warranty Period, providing the model number of the product, and a detailed description of the problem.

2. Ship the product, at the Customer's expense, to the address provided by ITAC, with the original package.

ITAC will NOT cover the cost of return shipping to the Customer after repair or replacement of the product.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

1. Normal wear and tear, including reduced sensitivity or functionality due to usage or age of the product.

2. Damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, maintenance, or storage of the product.

3. Damage or defects caused by accidents, extreme temperature, power surges, or other external causes.

4. Any unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations to the product.

5. Any damage or defects caused by use with non-ITAC products or accessories.

General Provisions

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL ITAC TECHNOLOGY LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE ARISING FROM THE SALE OR USE OF THE PRODUCT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE.
