1. Battery products - If the customer finds any damage or abnormal function of the received product, the customer must contact us by email within seven days after receiving the product, and also call the company's customer service hotline (2110 5955) to make a complaint. Please bring the goods and show the purchase receipt to the company's repair address for replacement procedures.
Water Leak Detection Alarm System - Comes with a one-year warranty after delivery. (Artificial damage is not within the scope of warranty.)
2. Must come with original packaging and unused condition as a replacement.
3. If the product is damaged due to improper use, no exchange will be accepted.
4. If the relevant product cannot be exchanged due to its model being out of stock, the customer can choose any product and pay the price difference.
5. ITAC Technology Ltd. reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
6. In case of any dispute, ITAC Technology Ltd. shall have the final decision.
